Can we really tell a lot just by comparing sun and moon signs in the western or vedic astrological systems ? What's to know about Chinese astrology or numerology factors ?
We don't intend to cover what most websites might be able to offer as information but rather what we personally consider important and which is often overlooked when it comes to astrology in general. We'll tell you further on where to search for general astrological infos. Let's first start off with the western and vedic systems. When reviewing both systems, we were mainly looking for certain astrological aspects which can identify particular compatibilities between partners and here's what we came up with :
When a partner's Mars falls in your 5th house : Heart-pounding reactions and strong romantic/sexual desires and crushes can be activated. You WANT each other, although the attraction may not last long unless there are other stable aspects and positions in your synastry.
Mars-Pluto conjunctions are often powerful indicators of initial attraction and sexual intrigue.
Sun conjunct Moon : When the Sun in one chart is conjunct with the Moon in the other, there is an extremely strong indication of a powerful romantic relationship and potential for marriage. The Moon person is emotionally in tune with the Sun person.
Sun conjunct Ascendant : You tend to reinforce each other's self-esteem and self-expression. Although this position can produce a sense of competition, it is more apt to denote a very significant spiritual link between two people. This is an extremely strong indicator of compatibility in a relation.
Moon conjunct Venus : This is a very strong sexual and emotional link and one of the best comparative aspects for romance. There is an exchange of domestic and emotional stability, with love and emotional understanding. There is a sensitive harmony with each other's moods and subconscious emotional responses. This aspect shows the ability to share in very feeling ways. This is an excellent aspect for marriage and family relationships.
